A little about me...

I find so much joy in teaching emotional healing, helping people discover their divine invitation to restoration, wholeness, and freedom.
Partnering with Communities to Prevent Coercive Control
I’m dedicated to working alongside the community—especially within church settings—to deepen understanding of domestic violence and promote safe, informed responses.
My passion lies in prevention: equipping individuals to recognise the early signs of coercive control in dating relationships, before making long-term relationship commitments.

My journey through—and out of—a coercive relationship sparked a deep passion in me to understand coercive control and its impact. What began as a personal path of survival evolved into a professional commitment to raise awareness, offer hope, and empower others.
Today, I help individuals recognise the subtle and often hidden tactics of coercive control. I offer training to equip many in finding a way forward—not just to survive, but to truly thrive. With firsthand experience and years working in the community sector, including managing a domestic violence transitional housing program, I bring both empathy and expertise to this vital work.
My dream is that the church will lead the way in lowering the statistics of domestic violence in our communities!
Currently completing a PhD focused on how to perceive coercive control in dating relationships within Christian communities, I offer practical, age-appropriate training for those navigating the dating world.
